What we collect
When you request early access, we ask for your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number and property count. When you use StayCrew, we store your account details, the properties you connect, and the booking and turnover data those properties generate through the calendars you sync.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, set up your account, and run the service: syncing calendars, coordinating cleanings, sending WhatsApp messages you ask us to send, and preparing your GST and TCS reports. We do not sell your personal data, show ads, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored securely with our cloud provider (Google Cloud, including Firebase). We keep technical error logs through Sentry, configured to collect diagnostics only — not your personal details.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@staycrew.in and we will help within a reasonable time.
